Pennywise is a personal tool. It copies its owner's encrypted backups from a self-hosted budgeting app to the owner's own Google Drive.
It is used by one person only, its owner. It is not offered to the public.
The backups are encrypted before they leave the owner's computer, so their contents can't be read by Google or anyone else without the owner's passphrase.
